Currently, the personal, social and professional health of the trans community continues to be in critical condition. There continues to be firings, murders, suicides, rejections and major loss for so many transgender individuals. We, at Prism Direction focus on two areas to help improve this health and that is education  for, to and about the transgender community and improved employment for all trans persons.
Just for the fun of it, we call our website, Oz. Just like the four main characters of the Wizard of Oz that was in search of individually specific needs, we believe there is a yellow brick road for each trans person to their Oz and we want to be their Glenda the Good Witch in helping them stay on the road, stay safe and finding their Oz.
